Well I'm wondering if I should start doing video blogs. It would be way more fun to watch youtube right?

Well I've been working hard on AAMP lately. It's school holidays, so I have plenty of time to work on it between going to work, and doing some assignments I have for the holidays. I added it to sourceforge, as it would make my job easier releasing the source, and I figured it would have some more exposure. Little did I know it would be added to Softpedia as well, giving it more exposure. I suppose I feel a little pressured to make AAMP really awesome. But I continue to keep in mind that it has no chance of competing with iTunes or WMP, as no one would want to switch. But that doesn't stop me from trying. It is a great learning experience netherless.

Just finished installing some new stuff in my computer. It looks great and works just as well. I ran out of space in the computer (500GB HDD was filled) so I got a 1.5TB HDD, so I shouldn't need to worry about space for a long time. And if I do, there is plenty of SATA ports and solts to put more HDDs... :). And they can only get bigger as time goes on. I also invested in a LeadTeK 3200H TV Tuner. Seriously awesome stuff. Works great with my shitty reception in the area and a 4M long cable along with the Y-Spliter and... Overall very happy with it, although my remote seems to have just stopped working. I'm hoping all I need to do is restart the system otherwise... Lets not go there. Now I shall go back to watching TV!

Just installed Windows 7 RC onto a partion. Seems to be working pretty well. It will be a massive step up from Vista, both in quality and features I think, so I'll be looking out for its release later in the year and when funding permits, upgrade.

They also have a competition to promote IE8. I have been following it not-too-closely, but its a bit of fun. I love to read all the theories and how involved people get... What people do just to win 10K...
